Senior Salesforce Consultant | Location: Ahmedabad | Experience: 4-8 Years
Role Summary:
The Senior Salesforce Consultant leads the design and delivery of complex Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Conga implementations. You will act as the technical solution expert, mentoring junior consultants and ensuring high-quality client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical design for Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM), Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
- Lead technical solutions for Conga CPQ, CLM, and Composer document generation.
- Define and manage integration strategy between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Payment Gateway, eSign, etc.).
- Conduct design workshops, prepare solution blueprints, and validate business requirements.
- Guide configuration and data migration teams; perform design reviews.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, data governance, and security standards.
Required Skills:
- 4–8 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Deep expertise in Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) and the Conga Suite.
- Strong understanding of data models, pricing logic, and approval workflows.
- Proven ability to manage clients, lead delivery, and mentor junior team members.
- Good knowledge of data migration and integration design.
