Day 01

Foundations, Product Catalog, and Product Discovery

Establish a strong understanding of Revenue Cloud fundamentals including core data model (Product, Price Book, Quote, Order, Contract).

Set up the Product Catalog by creating products, bundles, attributes, and classifications.

Explore Product Discovery using search filters, categories, and guided selling techniques.

Day 02

Configuration & Pricing

Deep dive into Product Configuration using rules, constraints, and attribute-based configurations.

Understand and implement Pricing using the Pricing Waterfall model including list price, discounts, adjustments, and net price calculations. Also custom field pricing using Context Definition and Pricing Procedure.

Explore advanced pricing strategies like attribute based, bundle based and tier based adjustments.

Day 03

Ramps, OmniStudio Document Generation, and Usage Management

Implement Ramp Deals (multi-period pricing and quantity changes over time).

Configure Usage Management including rating, aggregation, and billing frequency.

Generate documents using OmniStudio Document Generation for quotes and proposals.

Day 04

Transaction Management and Invoice

Manage the complete lifecycle including Order creation, Contract Creation and Asset Creation Asset Lifecycle management (Which includes Amendment, Renewal, Cancellation, Swapping, Transfer, and Rollback).

Understand Contract Management and asset-based changes.

Handle Billing & Invoicing, including invoice generation.

Day 05

Open Question and Discussion

Resolve open questions related to Revenue Cloud features and limitations.

Discuss real-world implementation scenarios, best practices, and design considerations.

Review common challenges and solution approaches with expert guidance.
